Invest for Income!

Trust Deed Investments Head the List of Timely Income Opportunities

For over 3 years now we have been evaluating and investing in real estate-related trust deeds. Trust deed investing refers to buying real estate mortgages, specifically promissory notes secured by deeds of trust.  We also refer to them as ‘loans’ or ‘notes’ for short. There are several factors that persuaded us to make this decision:

  • Predictable, recurring monthly income.
  • High returns.
  • Potential for higher, windfall returns.
  • Location and quality of the properties, which are the collateral for our loans.
  • 100% ownership and control over which loans we invest in.
  • Ability to research and make informed decisions upon which loans to invest.
  • Passive nature of the investments with professional, affordable management.
  • Eligibility for our self-directed IRA accounts.
If this kind of investment might be of interest to you we will help youdetermine the criteria for mortgages that suit your needs; then find, evaluate and assist you in acquiring those that meet with your qualifications and approval.

These type of investments are longer term, alternative investments to stocks and bonds and can be held in or out of a self-directed IRA account. All of our personal mortgages are currently in either a trust or a self-directed Roth IRA account, where they earn tax-free returns.
